The booking of any event on the site of Romantickets.com involves the payment of postage differentiated by location:

Zona 1 Italian District = €10,00
Zona 2 Europe = €20,00
Zona 3 Rest of the World = €35,00

Tickets purchased on Romantickets website will be shipped to address supplied by the costumer 1-5 days after the official release of the tickets on presales-authorized only and exclusively by express courier; despite this it is possible that, for some technical problem, the shipment  can take place in the following days: in any such event, Romantickets can not be the subject of any complaint from the customer but also we guarantee to send tickets as soon as possible to the customer in time for the event.

Romantickets guarantees its costumers that will give the best assistance for any problem may emerge during and after the lapse of time that passes from the purchase until the day of the event.

A special contact of customer support is available on Saturdays and Sundays only and exclusively for insurgents issues that could jeopardize participation in the event, do not call this number for simple informations.

Delivery Failure

If it is established that the delivery did not arrive at the destination for our negligence, Romantickets will return the total amount paid or send out a new ticket.
If it is found instead that the failure to deliver is the result of a mistake of the customer, whatever it is, Romantickets will not be refunded.
